Bastei Lübbe AG holds just under 90% of the shares in MOBA-Verlag (Morawska Bastei MBO s.r.o.), one of the largest publishing houses in the Czech Republic, headquartered in Brno. Its subsidiaries (in which it holds a 100% stake each) include CE Community Editions GmbH, based in Cologne; the Berlin-based Business Hub Berlin UG; as well as Siebter Himmel Bastei Lübbe GmbH and Bastei Lübbe Ventures GmbH. Furthermore, Bastei Lübbe AG holds a stake (20% of the shares) in the Bochum-based Räder GmbH.
