Little Bear lives happily, modestly and contentedly in the mountains. He plays his games, discovers new things every day, and sometimes even rolls down the hill for joy! But Big Bear doesn’t approve – he thinks Little Bear needs to start behaving like a proper bear, and learning important bear skills like jumping into ice-cold water, scaring herds of deer and knocking over trees. Big Bear shows him how. But Little Bear is scared – he doesn’t want to do those things. Big Bear carries on showing him ‘proper bear stuff’ – until eventually he gets himself into such a pickle that only Little Bear can save him …
